Kent ISD’s Special Education Department has developed this IEP Guidance webpage to support high-quality Individualized Education Program (IEP) development for students with disabilities. The guidance is grounded in both the Michigan Administrative Rules for Special Education (MARSE) and the Individuals with Disabilities Education Act (IDEA), ensuring that IEPs meet legal requirements while also promoting meaningful outcomes for students.
