Summer Break
Our program has wrapped up for the 2025-26 school year. The first day of school for 2026-27 will be Monday, August 31. Enrollment will open in August. Sign up to be reminded when enrollment opens.
Walk-in enrollment will begin August 24 at the Wyoming location, 3600 Byron Center Ave. SW and at GRCC, Sneden Hall, 435 Fulton St. E. Be sure to bring a photo ID.
- August 24 - 8:30 a.m. - 1 p.m. and 4:30 - 7 p.m.
- August 25 - 8:30 a.m. - 1 p.m. and 4:30 - 7 p.m.
- August 26 - 8:30 a.m. - 1 p.m. and 4:30 - 7 p.m.
- August 27 - 8:30 a.m. - 1 p.m.
2026-27 School Year
We assist adults in creating brighter futures by helping them obtain their GEDs, develop English language skills (ESL), and pursue Career and Technical Education (CTE). Our adult education programs also cover career readiness, professional advancement, specialized skills training, citizenship, and family literacy. Programs are FREE and you'll just need a photo ID to register.
To request a GED transcript, visit GED.com. The Kent ISD testing centers will be closed until August 24.
