Community Interpreter Training

If you are interested in becoming an interpreter to help others in your community gain access to resources they need, join our community interpreter training! This 80-hour training will help you use your native language skills while helping others in the fields of healthcare, social services and school settings. Learn about national standards and ethics, as well as practice strategies for different types of interpreter work.

Paraprofessional Training

If you would like to work with children in education, join our paraprofessional training! This 80-hour training includes a 40-hour volunteer experience where you will be placed in a classroom to get hands-on experience helping a teacher or teaching team. Learn about working in general education and special education classrooms as a teacher’s assistant. Study basic reading, writing, and math skills to be able to help students in a variety of settings. You will complete the course with the ETS Praxis ParaPro Assessment to receive your certification and work at a school near you!
