Underlines - Stop!

When you see text in an online document underlined, you automatically think that if you click on it you'll go somewhere else. But, if you are just trying to emphasize your point, you may actually be frustrating your users.

Instead, use the built-in headings and subheadings which will put code into your document to create that emphasis for screen readers. Or use "Note" or "Important" as other text to indicate the emphasis. Even just using "strong" or "emphasis" text will help and is better than using an underline.
