Restorative Practices
Restorative practices (RP) is an approach to building a school community that focuses on strengthening relationships and resolving conflict collectively. By investing daily energy into building a connected school community, this proactive approach prevents most issues before they start. When conflicts do arise, RP utilizes established relationship networks and communication tools to repair harm, keep students engaged in school, and teach healthy, lifelong conflict-resolution skills.
