We know organizations that avoid having the necessary difficult conversations spend an exorbitant amount of time dealing with symptoms of not having those difficult conversations: gossip, judgment, triangulated conversations, etc. In other words, when we don't have the necessary conversations, toxicity creeps into the system.

The focus of this session will be on how we can build the skills necessary to have these conversations in healthy ways and practice those skills, so that these types of conversations become a little less difficult.
