We are seeking a detail-oriented Digital Press Operator to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for operating and maintaining digital printing equipment to produce high-quality labels. While prior experience with digital or flexographic presses is preferred, we are open to training motivated individuals with a strong mechanical aptitude and attention to detail.
High school diploma REQUIRED. Support the Digital Press Manager in operating digital printing presses Set up and operate digital printing equipment efficiently, ensuring quality control during production Perform critical quality checks, including color consistency, copy accuracy, registration, and ink adhesion. Experience in digital printing or print production is preferred, but not required. Strong attention to detail and ability to maintain high-quality standards. Excellent communication skills and ability to work well in a team-oriented environment Must be willing to cross-train on various equipment across the production floor.
