We build capacity for multilingual learner programs through consultation, coaching, and technical assistance. We partner with local districts to strengthen instructional practices and support services.
General Information
An English Learner (EL) is an elementary or secondary student (ages 3–21) who is actively developing English proficiency alongside their native language. Public schools are required to provide English Language Development instruction as well as meaningful access to grade level core content simultaneously.
