Health, Safe, Drug – Free Schools and Communities
Kent ISD provides electronic on-line survey services in the area of Health, Safe, Drug – Free Schools and Communities. The electronic surveys are provided at no additional cost to consortium members.
Selected instruments are designed for students, educators or parents. Thousands of students and staff have successfully utilized our on-line web based survey services over the few years. On-line surveys are easy to set up and administer. Results are provided instantaneously. All students, even elementary children enjoy taking surveys, assessments or tests on the computer.

Do Not begin to administer a survey to your students or staff without contacting Kent ISD.
If you find a survey you want to administer, contact Kent ISD.

Asset Survey
A survey designed to measure strengths and deficits or risk-factors in students. Primarily designed for needs assessment, the tool may be used a pre and post program survey to measure changes in attitudes, knowledge or behavior. Includes questions related to alcohol, other drugs and violence behavior

A survey designed to measure student attitudes and behaviors related to bullying. Designed for middle and high school students
