KSSN at Alger Middle School
Kent School Services Network has been a part of Alger Middle School since 2006. During this time several new community partnerships have been developed, strengthened, and coordinated to provide additional social and academic services to the students, their families, and the community. The goal of KSSN at Alger Middle School is to become a fully developed community school utilizing the strengths and resources of the community to reduce barriers to education. Through this effort, academic scores will impove, students and families will be better supported, parental involvement will increase, and the community will be strengthened.
With the support of the Alger Middle School staff and the dedicated community partners and Community School Leadership Team members, we are well on our way to reaching this goal.
