Learn how to interpret bargaining agreement language, understand leave benefits, grievance procedures, as well as an overview of reforms affecting tenure, PERA and evaluations.

TEACHER EVALUATIONS

An overview of legislative changes in classroom observation and evaluation requirement will provide a what was then and this is now approach. The training will provide a clear understanding of legislative changes, sample evaluations tools and forms, as well as, an overview of the STAGES software.

HR TECHNOLOGY

How to access county-wide data for use in comparison to your district demographics and your collective bargaining agreements. Training will include use of common HR software including the KHR Collaboration portal, KSBO portal, and other HR electronic systems.
