Career Pathways

Career pathways are large groupings of jobs that share common characteristics, education, training, interests and skills. The U.S. Department of Education identifies 16 career clusters, but they can be broadly grouped into six main career pathways, which Kent ISD uses. A person's career interest usually falls into one or two pathways.  Download our complete Career Pathways brochure here.
