Industry Tours 


Students from Valleywood Middle School in Kentwood, listen to Rick Mushing explain how batteries and circuits work together to create make tiny robots. This was part of a STEM focused industry tour at GR Makers with Mutually Human and Open Systems Technologies.


Student test their brushbots after they have had a chance to make modifications.

We are happy to schedule these upon request when an educator is looking to get students out to understand how they are learning will benefit them in the real world. These can be full-day, multi-stop trips or just a few hours out of the building.

Alternative Spring Break

A wonderful alternative to traveling South for sunshine in April. This multiple day adventure will take students to experience a variety of sectors and business across Kent County. There will also be a great deal of hands on learning and plain ole fun to be had.
