We help schools understand and then use test results and other progress measures to improve student achievement, by providing data analysis, workshops, consulting and other technical assistance.

PA 25

PA 25 of 1997 revised, consolidated and maintained the organization, regulation and maintenance of schools, school districts, public school academies and intermediate school districts in the state of MI. It addresses the rights, powers, duties and privileges of these educational institutions and provides for the regulation of school teachers and other school employees, school elections and collection of taxes. Over the years, there have been many modifications to this public act, but it is still referred to as PA 25.

Linkers

The PA 25/335 Linkers group members are the people in school districts responsible for making sure that their buildings and districts are in compliance with the school code and the rules and regulations that govern the way education is expected to function in the state of Michigan. This group meets three to four times a year to receive updates on educational legislation, trends and regulations.
