The Michigan’s Defining Moment Campaign aims to reform public policy in Michigan through citizen involvement. This forum is one of several sponsored throughout the state by Public Sector Consultants, a public policy research firm, and The Center for Michigan, a non-profit organization devoted to developing change policy in Michigan.
