KCTC Culinary Program Featured in New Food Magazine
KCTC's Culinary Cafe and Culinary program are the subjects of an article in the October/November Food for Thought magazine. The magazine's publisher, editor and writer visited KCTC in the Spring to get a first-hand experience dining in the cafe. They spoke with several KCTC teachers and parapros as well as a few students on break from their duties in the kitchen.
